Auto Sync Jira Issues Between Jira and Salesforce

The “Auto Sync” feature of our mo Jira Salesforce Data Sync app enables the sync of information in real time between Jira and Salesforce. This allows the information between the two systems i.e. Jira and Salesforce to be up to date. This section helps you enable the auto-sync feature.

Where to find the Auto Sync Issue feature of the app?

• Go to the Configure Issue Mapping section and click on the Sync Settings button adjacent to the Jira project.

How to enable Auto Push of Jira Issue to Salesforce?

• Under the Issue Configuration section enable the toggle titled Auto Push of Jira Issue to Salesforce.

• Click on the Save Configuration button.

Now, whenever a Jira issue is created/updated in the project for which you enabled the “Auto Push of Jira Issue to Salesforce“ toggle, then the Jira issue will be synced to Salesforce according to the mapping you created in the app.
