The Auto Sync of Files & Attachments feature of our app allows the sync of documents between Jira and Salesforce in real-time. This feature ensures access to crucial documents, ensuring that both your team using Jira and the team using Salesforce have the latest information. This makes the management of required documents easy and one can get access to the document needed without leaving the platform of your choice.

Where to find the Auto Sync of Files & Attachments feature feature of the app?
Go to the Configure Issue Mapping section and click on the Sync Settings button adjacent to the Jira project.
How to enable the Auto Sync of Files & Attachments feature of the app?
Scroll down to the Attachment Configuration section and turn on the toggle titled Auto Push Attachment to Salesforce.
Click on the Save Configuration button.
If you want a file/attachment to be deleted in Salesforce whenever it gets deleted from Jira then please enable the toggle Auto Delete Attachment from Salesforce and click on the Save Configuration button.
How does the Auto Sync of Files & Attachments feature work?
If you upload an attachment to a Jira issue then that attachment will be synced to Salesforce as a file record.
If the Auto Delete Attachment from Salesforce toggle is enabled, deleting an attachment in Jira will automatically remove the corresponding attachment from the associated Salesforce record.
