Unable to use miniOrange SAML SSO on mobile

The JIRA mobile interface has been designed to display an optimized view of the JIRA Server in a mobile browser. The Custom fields(or files for example javascript loaded by the miniOrange plugin) that have their own custom field renderer will be ignored by the JIRA Mobile interface.


You can resolve it in either of the following ways
  1. You can do that by either switching to the desktop mode from the option given in the mobile browser
  2. You can disable JIRA mobile system add-on in the JIRA servers so that all the users will only be able to access the desktop view of JIRA on their mobile device
