If your users are stored in LDAP user directory in JIRA/Confluence then the plugin faces an error while updating their attributes. Go to Attribute Mapping tab and check Disable Attribute Mapping check box. Similarly, go to Group Mapping tab and check Disable Group Mapping check box. If this doesn’t resolve the issue then please send us the logs and we’ll help you troubleshoot this issue.

- Download SAML tracer add-on for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/saml-tracer/
- Open the SAML tracer from the firefox menu

3. Keep the SAML tracer window open and try to perform SSO.
4. In the SAML Tracer windows click on the link with the keyword Export to get the SAML tracer logs.
